File transfer and recovery of Documents and Pictures.
During file transfer or recovery from any storage device Calm Computers personnel can sometimes view files being processed if the files are not stored in the normal file folder locations.

E.g. My Documents, My Pictures folders. On these occasions Calm Computers guarantee your confidentiality at all times*.

Our normal procedure is to move folders to a USB storage device to be given to the customer. A new system hard drive in you PC or secure server for the customer to download from a link provided. Once complete all files saved, recovered, transferred will be deleted from Calm Computers storage/servers.
